Nirvana opened its doors in 2011, started by Kathy Mcguane, a stylist who had worked in London for 18 years, and then moved to Devon to live the dream for the last 9 years. Kathy feels she has a lot to give to the industry with 27 years of experience in all aspects of hairdressing.

Recently the demand for Men's beauty treatments have been increasing, we are now offering a Men's only treatment range. Ranging from relaxing massages to men's waxing and then to calming facials.

Our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is always commented on and our complimentary fresh coffee, range of teas.

Offering a beauty service as well was essential and continues to grow tremendously. Our clients come from far and wide to enjoy the expert advice our Hair Stylist team offer on Cutting, Colouring, Bridal and Prom hair, Keratin straightening and Perming. Our stylists are also experienced in men’s hair styling and we also encourage children with a little treat after their haircuts.

Our Beauty Therapists are all professionally trained with all products used and offer a wealth of advice on all treatments offered which include Manicures and Pedicures, Comfort Zone Facials, Reflexology, Lash Perming, Deep tissue Massage, Indian head Massage, Waxing, Threading, OPI Gel Nails, Minx and Gel Polish including Shellac and Lash Extensions by Lash Perfect.
